  Senior Software Engineer

  • Assumed full ownership of the internal support platform following company acquisition, formalizing de facto platform leadership built over time; took responsibility for its technical direction and ongoing development.
  • Designed and shipped a bulk group-upgrade tool that automated a complex multi-step manual process into a single operation, significantly reducing operational overhead for the support team.
  • Partnered with the principal engineer on a new request-handling pattern for the support platform; expanded the implementation on the frontend and provided architectural feedback that was well-received by engineering leadership.
  • Proposed and prototyped a state management migration from Vuex to Pinia; independently identified opportunities for package modernization and codebase refactoring to improve maintainability for future engineers.
  • Built React-based UI features and bug fixes for a separate device management portal, surfacing telemetry data from backend services; adapted quickly to a different frontend stack and codebase.
  • Conducted peer code reviews via Pull Requests with GitHub Actions CI/CD, upholding engineering standards across the team; onboarded incoming engineers and interns onto the stack and workflow.

  • Joined full-time after graduation as the primary frontend engineer on the internal cloud operations dashboard — a platform serving ~25 engineering and support team members for cloud monitoring, log retrieval, and support request management.
  • Built and shipped a CSV file upload feature enabling support staff to bulk-update database entries directly from spreadsheets, eliminating manual data entry workflows — praised by the support team lead upon release.
  • Implemented MFA support for the support portal via AWS Cognito and built a session timeout feature to enforce authentication policies across the platform
  • Developed and maintained UI features in TypeScript + Vue.js + Quasar, integrating REST APIs and working with backend engineers to keep the frontend in sync with evolving cloud services.
  • Integrated AWS services including Cognito and Amazon EKS via AWS CLI, enabling support staff to retrieve logs and manage Kubernetes pod operations directly from the dashboard.
